Parent Liaison Officer
Completing study with the Charleville School of Distance Education can sometimes be a daunting task. As a home teacher you may feel overwhelmed. The school recognises the difficulties that may occur for families unfamiliar with the systems and processes used.
There is help at hand.
If you have any queries in relation to student subject or lesson work, your first contact should be the child's teacher. However, sometimes the teachers are not available or you may wish to speak to a third person. When this happens please call the Parent Liaison Officer.
One of the main functions of this position is to assist home teachers. This important contact can be used whatever the query. Please contact the Parent Liaison Officer (PLO) any time, and together through open communication, we can address your concerns or pass on suggestions. With the resources available within the school and Education Queensland we will endeavour to achieve the desired outcome.
